BitterStarlite Makeup: Anastasia Beverly Hills HyperColor Brow and Hair Powder

Colored eyebrows: definitely not for those who shy away from making a statement. I've always loved coloring my brows funky colors and have been looking for an easier way to do so. When Anastasia contacted me, I was beyond excited to try out their new HyperColors.

Basically, these "HyperColors" are powders suitable for temporary colorful brows and hair. To apply these into your hair, it's the same concept as hair chalking. You start by applying some sort of "wet" product (glossing cream, styling wax, etc.) on a section of hair that you want to temporarily color. Then you sandwich your hair between the product and your fingers. Finish off with hairspray and Viola!, you have fun, bright, and colorful hair.

The difference between these and hair chalk is that these are completely un-damaging to your hair, and they wash out clean, unlike some chalks that can stain your hair.

Did I mention that you can use these on your brows?!
I absolutely love using these on my brows, they're very easy to use. (You literally use it the same you would any other brow powder with a clear brow gel to keep it all day!) Plus they are soooo vibrant. They show up on even the darkest of hair!

CAUTION: These are extremely messy.
I was a little disappointed about how messy these were. I recommend doing this in your bathroom with a towel around your shoulders and wearing some rubber gloves. The powders are so soft that there is a ton of fallout. I kinda felt like I was wasting a lot of product because it was literally everywhere.

Although the mess was a little annoying to clean up, I think it's well worth it. Once you figure out how to apply these, you can do it with virtually no mess at all. Not to mention these last really well when set with a hairspray or brow gel.

It really bugs me that these are marketed for hair AND brow use, however In The Pink is not approved for use on the brows. I'm a rebel and used it on my brows. I didn't have any sort of reaction so use at your own risk! MUAHAHA.
